At O’Reilly Auto Parts our Customer Service Parts Specialists contribute to the company’s success by providing great Customer Service while assisting our O’Reilly store team members and internet retail customers with automotive product and application assistance via both phone and messaging platform. This would include but not limited to, parts look up, providing product interchange and technical product information.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Provide excellent Customer Service with accurate and consistent parts lookup and product information via phone calls, live messaging and email platforms. Utilize internal and external resources for O’Reilly Store and Ozark Jobber Accounts to source parts from. Read, comprehend and relay specifications, interchanges, application and technical product information back to O’Reilly Stores, Ozark Jobbers and Online Customers. Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by department manager or supervisor as needed.
SKILLS/EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/ABILITIES Required:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
2 years of O’Reilly store or similar automotive retail experience
Comprehensive understanding of automotive principals, systems and repair procedures
Customer service experience and communication skills in phone and/or messaging platforms
Strong computer navigation and internet skills with the ability to multitask when given additional job duties
Desired:
ASE Certification
Previous customer service call center experience
Experience in the heavy duty, agriculture, or marine fields
Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
