Job Overview We are looking for a highly skilled, collaborative and motivated End-to-End Business Process Owner. The BPO will focus on the Quote to Cash process and work hand in hand with other BPOs and BPMs to ensure full alignment. The successful candidate will create and execute the vision, roadmap, and governance for an effective and efficient end‑to‑end process, ensuring it aligns with global requirements while acting as an intrapreneur to deliver organisational change. The role will drive continuous improvement to enhance customer satisfaction, increase productivity, scalability and growth. Strong change management and project management skills are required to effectively manage and optimise the process. The ability to identify and quantify benefits is a must.

Responsibilities

Process Design and Implementation

Accountable for designing an effective and efficient process, using the right people and financial and technical resources to run the process and deliver quality outcomes.

Design, implement and manage the post‑order process to meet organisational goals and customer requirements.

Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, including process maps and SOPs.

Change & Stakeholder Management

Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes and improvements.

Communicate changes effectively to all stakeholders.

Engage with stakeholders at all levels to gather input, provide updates and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Function as the primary point of contact for all Q2C process‑related inquiries and issues.

Provide oversight to ensure resources are trained across the entire E2E process.

Project Management

Partner with third‑party vendors/consultants to stand up a business process team as needed.

Plan, execute and oversee post‑order business process projects, ensuring timely, in‑scope and within‑budget delivery.

Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.

Global Alignment

Ensure the Q2C business process aligns with global standards and requirements where possible.

Collaborate with international teams to standardise processes and share best practices.

Customer Satisfaction

Focus on delivering high‑quality, customised solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Gather and analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.

Performance Monitoring and Optimisation

Monitor process performance using KPIs and metrics.

Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Stay current on emerging trends in the industry and benchmark against competition.

Conduct audits on process execution.

Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management or related field / equivalent experience.

7–10 years of experience in process management, project management or related field / equivalent experience.

Proven track record of driving continuous improvement outcomes.

Experience managing Q2C processes or similar complex processes.

Track record of influencing leaders and leading towards a shared goal and vision.

Process mapping, Lean/Six Sigma or other process improvement tool skills.

Strong change management skills with a record of successfully leading change initiatives.

Ability to work in a dynamic start‑up environment and adapt to a fast pace.

Excellent project management skills, including organising and planning complex projects and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong judgement and decision‑making skills; able to recognise issues or opportunities and determine appropriate action.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high‑quality solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or a related advanced degree.

Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Change Management (Prosci or similar).
