Base pay range $65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

About The Role The Studio Manager holds full “four‑wall” accountability and will be the CEO for their Glowbar studio, ensuring it meets revenue and membership goals while holding direct reports accountable to individual metrics. They are responsible for day‑to‑day operations, team culture, local field marketing, and excellence in service quality and inventory management.
A Peek Into Your Day
Be present on the studio floor, engaging with clients and gaining valuable insights about their interactions and experiences within the studio
Work at the front desk for a minimum of one to two full shifts a week
Be present at the front desk for the remaining three shifts a week, providing lunch break coverage for team members
Handle front‑desk responsibilities of facilities management and laundry maintenance
Conduct team member bi‑weekly touchbases
Conduct esthetician treatment‑room shadows and assessments
Directly manage CX for the studio in platform and via phone to gain further insights
Own all field‑marketing expectations that are required, both in and out of studio
Build a network with local like‑minded businesses for partnership, support and lead‑generation acquisition
Lead a monthly in‑studio meeting centered on team building, brand communications and change management
Lead studio visits from business partners
Complete administrative responsibilities and those of the direct reports during periods of open headcount

3+ years of progressive people‑management experience in a fast‑paced, service‑based industry (fitness, hospitality, retail, restaurant, hotel, salon/spa, etc.)
Proven track record of operational and financial success, including driving studio‑level margins, disciplined expense management, and overall business growth
Exceptional leadership presence with demonstrated ability to hire, train, coach, and develop high‑performing teams that consistently exceed goals
Inspirational and professional management style that balances accountability with empathy, creating a positive and performance‑driven culture
Strong business and operational acumen with an understanding of retail/service industry standards, policies, and compliance
Superior communication and interpersonal skills, fostering trust, clarity, and collaboration across employees and clients alike
Obsessed with hospitality excellence, ensuring every client experience reflects best‑in‑class service
Strategic problem‑solver who thrives under pressure, juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism

Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and early morning/midday/late evening weekday shifts
Working Conditions
Frequent standing, walking, and movement throughout the entire shift
Bending, reaching, twisting, and lifting (up to 15 pounds) — including merchandise, laundry, and back‑of‑house supplies
Climbing up and down stairs during shift operations
Remaining mobile and on your feet for the full duration of your shift (shift lengths may vary)
Exposure to varying temperatures and humidity levels, particularly in laundry or supply areas
Performing operational tasks such as restocking, organizing supplies, and light cleaning
Required to work weekends, evenings and holidays to support our client demand
