Overview We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager
with a strong background in
Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementations , specifically
Manhattan, Körber, and/or Blue Yonder . The ideal candidate will have proven success managing complex supply chain and warehouse technology initiatives, working cross-functionally with business and technical teams, and delivering projects on time and within scope.
This role requires hands-on project execution experience, strong governance discipline, and expert-level proficiency with
Smartsheet .
Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end
WMS implementation projects
(Manhattan, Körber, Blue Yonder) from initiation through go-live and stabilization
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and communications
Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, IT teams, system integrators, and vendors
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, dashboards, and executive reporting using
Smartsheet
Drive governance, status reporting, and milestone tracking aligned with PMP best practices
Ensure alignment with
Supply Chain and Warehouse Operations
requirements and business objectives
Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and cross-functional workshops
Proactively identify risks and issues and lead mitigation and resolution efforts
Support change management, cutover planning, and go-live readiness activities
Required Qualifications PMP Certification
(required)
5+ years of
Project Management experience
in Supply Chain and/or Warehouse Management Systems
Direct, hands-on experience managing
WMS implementations , with emphasis on:
Manhattan
Strong understanding of
Supply Chain, Distribution, and Warehouse Operations
Expert-level Smartsheet experience
(must-have)
Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and complex stakeholder environments
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
Experience working in remote, distributed team environments
Nice to Have Experience working with 3PLs, retail, or manufacturing supply chains
Experience in large-scale or multi-site WMS rollouts
Prior consulting or systems integration experience
