Title: Client Onboarding Specialist
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end onboarding processes for Markets (e.g., Sales & Trading, Capital Markets, Global Markets) from initiation through go-live.
Coordinate onboarding activities across multiple stakeholders including Front Office, KYC, AML, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Operations, Credit, and Technology.
Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding requests, tracking status, dependencies, and deliverables.
Ensure all onboarding documentation, approvals, and regulatory requirements are completed accurately and within defined timelines.
Monitor onboarding milestones, identify risks or delays, and proactively escalation issues as needed.
Maintain onboarding trackers, dashboards, and reporting for management visibility.
Ensure adherence to internal controls, governance standards, and regulatory policies.
Support process improvement initiatives to enhance onboarding efficiency and client experience.
