Overview Our Crew Managers have previous food service or management experience and are caring, responsible and trustworthy leaders. You’ll be joining a Certified™ Great Place to Work® where your day‑to‑day tasks include organizing shifts, handling cash, managing inventory, overseeing customer service and satisfaction, motivating and leading the team, working the cash register and drive‑thru, preparing orders, maintaining sanitation, working the fryer/griddle and more.
Responsibilities
Organize shifts and schedule team members.
Handle cash and operate the cash register.
Manage inventory and place orders for supplies.
Oversee customer service and satisfaction.
Motivate and lead the team.
Work the drive‑thru and drive‑through.
Prepare orders and maintain quality standards.
Maintain sanitation and food safety standards.
Operate the fryer/griddle and other kitchen equipment.
Qualifications
Previous food service or management experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Responsibility, trustworthiness and a caring attitude.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
