White Castle, America’s first fast food restaurant, is over 103 years old and looking for friendly, fun and energetic Crew Managers! Our Crew Managers have previous food service or management experience and are caring, responsible and trustworthy leaders. You’ll be joining a Certified™ Great Place to Work® where your day-to-day tasks include organizing shifts, handling cash, managing inventory, overseeing customer service and satisfaction, motivating and leading the team, working the cash register and drive‑thru, preparing orders, maintaining sanitation, working the fryer/griddle and more!

Responsibilities
Organize shifts

Manage inventory
Oversee customer service and satisfaction
Motivate and lead the team
Work the cash register and drive‑thru
Prepare orders
Maintain sanitation
Work the fryer/griddle
Other related tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Previous food service or management experience
Act as a caring, responsible and trustworthy leader
Strong organizational skills
Ability to handle cash and manage inventory
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication and motivation skills
Valid driver’s license may be beneficial
Compensation
Competitive weekly pay (starts at the minimum rate listed in this job posting, with potential for higher earnings based on qualifications and experience)
Annual holiday bonus (dependent on company financials)
Pay rate: $20.00 - $25.80 per hour
