Framebridge is a consumer business that operates online and in more than 45 retail stores, with plans for growth. The company has four manufacturing facilities in Kentucky, Virginia, and Nevada, which allow for the production of high‑quality custom products at an affordable price with a quick turnaround.

Henderson, NV
location.

Position Overview:
The Buyer will work closely with the operations, supply chain and corporate teams to plan for and acquire items that ensure customer demands are met. The Buyer will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and planning for the movement of raw materials, packaging materials, and related inventory through the supply chain and manufacturing. The Buyer will develop purchase plans, while coordinating material movement throughout manufacturing and inventory sequences. The Buyer will analyze data and determine factors that affect prices and determine lowest cost consistent with quality, reliability, and the ability to meet required customer schedules. The Buyer will also negotiate prices, select or recommend suppliers, analyze trends, follow up on orders placed, and approve payments. The Buyer will coordinate and follow‑up with production, warehouse, and engineering personnel to ensure appropriate procurement, scheduling, and movement of materials and services meets expectations.
Job Responsibilities
Identify and develop sources for direct and indirect material categories.
Demonstrate excellence in negotiating and developing contracts.
Demonstrate proficiency in executing logistics management processes and contracts.
Design, develop, and implement a roadmap for managing company supply and fulfillment processes.
Implement consignment inventory processes where appropriate.
Execute with excellent negotiation skills.
Develop highly productive working relationships with peers and suppliers.
Required Skills
Procurement experience in a manufacturing environment
Ability to work both independently and with the team in a fast‑paced environment
Experience supporting cross‑functional teams working to achieve team‑based goals
Proficient computer skills including MS Word and Excel
Ability to work closely with Merchandising, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance and other operations support teams
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Experience with proposals / estimating
Ability to communicate technical information
Preferred Skills
Experience using Material Requirements Planning (MRP) software to optimize material planning and scheduling.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering
Ability to read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings and bill of materials
Familiarity with manufacturing and assembly processes
Understanding of Lean and Six Sigma principles with Green or Black Belt Certification
Experience in supplier quality and special processes (first article inspection, part marking, receiving inspection)
Ideal experience as a buyer working in supply chain systems
