The Role We are looking for a detail oriented and well organized Service Coordinator. The Service Coordinator is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to current and new customers, managing customer requests, maintaining and updating data, and ensuring response time compliance and dispatching technicians. This is an opportunity for a long‑term position and to join a growing company.
Responsibilities
Coordinating customer calls (program coordination/larger scope or volumes/scheduling/parts)
Tracking and set-up of technician training and certifications
Project management
Scheduling inspections
Customer set‑up
Report monitoring for open calls
Creating on‑call schedules
Database management
Data entry / manufacturer’s warranty tracking
Other duties as assigned
Requirements and Skills
Excellent customer service required
Typing speed and accuracy
IT proficiency required
High accuracy with data entry skills required
Experience in an administrative role required
Google applications experience preferred
Able to work in a high‑paced environment
