About the Company
Originally founded in 1975, BCI has continually evolved to become a leader in the women’s fashion industry. Launching initially with CHAUS and private label lines and then expanding into a multi‑brand platform business, we have been at the forefront of market trends and the changing retail environment.

Responsibilities
Manage weekly reporting and provide key business insights based on data analysis and selling trends
Identify areas of risk and recommend actionable items to mitigate go forward liabilities
Forecast and manage inventory levels on core programs to support sales targets and productivity goals
Leverage hindsight reporting to identify potential comp categories and areas of opportunities based on historical performance
Think strategically using data driven results to identify opportunities for margin improvement, revenue growth, and operational efficiencies.
Update weekly selling reports and distribute to management and corresponding sales teams for review
Identify productive vs. underperforming categories through analyzing weekly sell‑thru rates and sales to stock ratios
Prepare hindsight reporting tools for cross‑functional partners to use for pre‑market planning
Oversee our replenishment programs by ensuring sales are aligned to inventory levels and minimizing excess liabilities
Summarize post‑market purchases ensuring target penetrations are met by classification and are aligned to receipt plans
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of prior planning experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics preferred
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Strong understanding of retail math and key performance metrics
Proficient in Excel including knowledge of Pivot Tables, Vlookup/Hlookup/Xlookup, Sumifs/Countifs, Index‑Match
Experience working with ERP systems to support merchandising, inventory forecasting, and financial planning
Results driven; strategic, conceptual and innovative thinker
Excellent organizational and multi‑tasking skills adhering to deadlines and ensuring accuracy
Strong oral and written communication skills
Salary The salary range for this full‑time role is dependent upon background and experience between $85,000 – $140,000.
