Make a Difference Revenue Cycle Performance Specialist is responsible for operationalizing and maintaining successful education programs for Community Health Network, as well as researching and aligning educational resources with strategic focus areas. The Specialist is a key communicator and contributor in the discovery and implementation of process improvements to support the mission, vision, and values of Community Health Network. In addition to these responsibilities, the Specialist will lead and support project management initiatives related to revenue cycle operations, specifically with Health Information Management (HIM), ensuring timely execution of deliverables, stakeholder alignment, and adherence to best practices. This role will also drive continuous process improvement efforts, utilizing methodologies to identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and enhance overall performance. Revenue Cycle Performance Specialists work closely with the Network Analytics team to monitor key performance indicators through reporting and analysis to assist in identifying trends, driving change, and promoting training initiatives. The Specialist will carry out their role through participation at various levels, serving as a point person for revenue cycle functions across Community Health Network. This role will collaborate with operational leaders and Finance, serving as a liaison between the various sites of care and the Cooperative Business Office, while keeping the Education Manager and Analytics Education Executive Director apprised of results. The Specialist will collaborate with others to identify best practices using data to prioritize and foster solutions for the highest level of revenue cycle efficiency and excellence. Exceptional Skills and Qualifications Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward training others. Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, education, or related field preferred. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, at least eight years of experience is required. Four (4) years of relevant experience required project management and process improvement initiatives. Experience with Epic EMR strongly preferred. AAPC, AHIMA, NAHAM, HBI, and other relevant certifications are a plus. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or Lean Six Sigma certification strongly preferred. This position will be a hybrid role if you reside locally. Community caregivers performing work remotely are permitted to live in the following states: Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, Kentucky, Florida, and Texas. Caregivers are not allowed to perform work remotely outside of the above states. Applicants from other states may apply; however, if hired, they will be required to relocate to one of the above states within 60 days of their employment date. Why Community?
