Lithia Hyundai of Fresno is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our high-volume, customer-focused service department. This role is ideal for a proven advisor who can manage a busy service drive, build customer trust, and drive service revenue while delivering an exceptional ownership experience.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the service process
Accurately write repair orders and clearly explain diagnoses, recommendations, and costs
Effectively upsell maintenance and repair services based on customer needs
Communicate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs
Provide consistent updates to customers and manage expectations
Maintain CSI standards and manufacturer guidelines
Utilize the dealership management system to document all service activity
Qualifications
2+ years of Service Advisor experience required
Strong automotive knowledge and understanding of repair processes
Proven ability to handle a high-volume service drive
Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
Experience with Hyundai or other OEM brands preferred
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
