Accodis is seeking a Project Manager for a Contract with a client in Irvine, CA. You will lead and optimize a global portfolio of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and operational excellence.
Rate Range:
$37/hour to $45/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Project Manager job responsibilities include:
Lead, govern, and optimize a diverse portfolio of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
Oversee complete project lifecycles, including road mapping, resource allocation, risk management, financial tracking, and on-time delivery.
Implement operational excellence methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Value Stream Mapping to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders in manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain to streamline end-to-end processes and enhance global operations.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement across international teams while mentoring project managers and analysts to build internal capabilities.
Monitor KPIs and deliver comprehensive status reports, providing actionable insights to executive stakeholders and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and corporate governance standards.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in project, program, or portfolio management within manufacturing, logistics, or medical devices.
Proven track record of leading large-scale, international portfolios and implementing methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Value Stream Mapping.
Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional leaders and executive stakeholders, driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement across global teams.

Pay Details:
