Location: San Antonio, TX (On‑site)
Job Description We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our night‑shift operations, ensuring quality and production goals are met while maintaining a safe and collaborative work environment.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Supervise team and coordinate daily production schedules to meet quality and output goals.
Monitor employee performance, address underperformance, and resolve workplace disputes constructively.
Ensure all team members comply with safety regulations and use required PPE at all times.
Manage workforce assignments and resolve bottlenecks to keep production on track.
Mentor and develop team members through coaching, performance reviews, and corrective action when needed.
Create new or edit existing operating procedures.
Maintain progressive knowledge of operating processes, procedures, and proper use of all equipment.
Collaborate with cross‑functional departments, including QA, Safety, Engineering, Logistics, and Maintenance.
Foster a positive and cooperative team environment by addressing conflict and promoting collaboration.
Comply with all NOV Quality, HSE and company policies and procedures.
Maintain a clean & organized work area; utilize safe work habits.
Perform other work‑related tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
Ability to work 24/7, 7:00 am–7:00 pm, 2‑week rotating schedule; overtime required.
Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving capabilities.
Physical requirements: stand/walk/push/pull up to 12 hrs daily; bend/stoop/sit up to 12 hrs daily; repetitive movement up to 12 hrs daily; lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
Forklift certification or ability to obtain immediately.
Ability to read labels on pipe, pressure gauges, and specifications.
Ability to adapt and be cross‑trained to learn all job duties.
Ability to multitask in fast‑paced environment.
Must be able to work in factory environment with high noise, vibration, fumes, dust, odors and extreme temperatures, both indoors and outdoors.
Utilize recommended safe work habits and use all safety equipment provided.
Travel less than 10% of time.

Minimum Education & Experience
High School diploma or GED.
3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or production.
Proven experience managing medium to large teams in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven operation.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; aptitude to learn required applications and systems.
Ability to read, write, and speak English. Bilingual preferred.
