We are seeking a passionate, driven Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, elevate the guest experience, and guide a high‑performing team in Nashville’s vibrant dining scene.
Responsibilities
Lead daily operations to achieve food, beverage, labor, and profitability goals.
Partner with Executive Chef on ordering, inventory, waste control, and forecasting.
Hire, train, coach, and hold FOH and BOH teams accountable to standards.
Analyze P&L performance, manage budgets, payroll, and labor controls.
Drive marketing initiatives, events, promotions, and community engagement.
Requirements
3–5 years of General Manager experience in upscale or polished-casual dining.
Strong financial acumen with hands‑on P&L responsibility.
Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate high‑performing teams.
Experience overseeing both FOH and BOH operations.
Familiarity with the Nashville hospitality scene.
