Responsibilities
Work independently at multiple locations, both inside and outside
Assess customer storage needs and suggest solutions, including selling packing and moving supplies
Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and readiness for rent
Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations
Help keep customers current with payments; make reminder and collection calls when required
Physical Requirements
Transport, lift, and move items weighing up to 35 pounds
Walk in and around facilities, spending up to 50% of time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping interior areas, and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal free of debris
Qualifications Experience : Successful candidates come from a variety of customer‑service‑centered sales environments, including retail, restaurant, fast‑food, or other service‑based companies.
Transportation : Employees must have a valid driver’s license and use their own vehicle to travel between different work locations or perform other work‑related duties (mileage reimbursement available).
