Job Description
Work independently at multiple locations, both inside and outside facilities.
Assess customer storage needs and recommend services, including packing and moving supplies.
Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and readiness for rent.
Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits.
Assist customers with payment status and make reminder/collection calls as needed.
Physical Requirements
Transport and lift items weighing up to 35 pounds.
Walk and move around facilities for up to 50 % of the time, including climbing stairs and opening large doors.
Perform cleaning and routine maintenance tasks (sweeping/mopping interior areas; maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal).
Qualifications
Experience in customer‑service‑centered sales environments (retail, restaurant, fast food, or similar).
Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required for travel between locations; mileage reimbursement available.
