Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site role as Lead Project Coordinator based in Mont Belvieu, TX. The Lead Project Coordinator will oversee project timelines, plan and coordinate resources, and maintain communication with team members and stakeholders. Responsibilities include managing project schedules, expediting materials and supplies, ensuring quality standards through inspections, and coordinating logistics to ensure timely project completion. The role requires efficient management of competing priorities under deadlines and collaboration with multi‑disciplinary teams.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor‑related activities to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
Strong Project Management skills with the ability to oversee timelines, budgets, and schedules.
Experience in conducting Inspections and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
Knowledge of Logistics Management to coordinate resources and supplies effectively.
Highly organized with excellent time management and problem‑solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in commercial construction or subcontracting is advantageous.
