Position Overview We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Sales Operations Manager to be the backbone of our commercial effectiveness. This role is pivotal in optimizing our sales processes, enhancing sales force productivity, and providing critical business intelligence to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will act as a key partner to the Sales Leadership team, translating commercial strategy into operational excellence. You will be responsible for managing the sales technology stack, ensuring data integrity, and delivering actionable insights that empower our field teams to win.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Planning: Partner with Sales Leadership to define sales territories, set quotas, and establish key performance indicators (KPIs). Lead the annual and quarterly sales planning and forecasting processes. Analyze market trends and internal data to identify new opportunities for growth and efficiency.

Process Optimization & Governance: Design, document, and implement standardized sales processes (e.g., lead-to-order, account management). Continuously evaluate and improve sales workflow to eliminate bottlenecks and enhance the customer experience. Establish and enforce policies for the CRM and other sales tools to ensure data hygiene and process compliance.

Performance Management & Analytics: Develop and maintain a suite of dashboards and reports to track sales performance against targets (e.g., pipeline health, conversion rates, win/loss analysis). Provide deep‑dive analysis on sales trends, performance gaps, and root causes to support data‑driven decision‑making. Conduct regular business reviews with sales leaders to communicate insights and recommend corrective actions.

Sales Technology & Systems Management: Act as the primary administrator and super‑user for the CRM and integrated sales tools. Evaluate, implement, and optimize new sales technologies to drive productivity (e.g., Sales Enablement platforms). Manage system integrations, ensure data flow accuracy, and lead user training to maximize adoption.

Sales Enablement & Training: Collaborate with Marketing and Enablement teams to ensure sales teams have the right content, tools, and training to be effective. Develop and deliver training on sales processes, systems, and reporting tools.

Qualifications & Experience Essential

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Strategy, or Business Analytics, preferably in a fast-paced retail, consumer electronics, or FMCG environment.

Proven experience in sales forecasting, territory planning, and quota setting.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and compelling presentations.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
