Job Overview
Ledgent Technology is hiring a Project Manager (Full‑time, Direct Hire) to lead multiple complex projects from initiation to on‑time, on‑budget delivery, with a focus on network initiatives serving multi‑million users across California schools.
No C2C / No Third‑Party Agencies.
This role is NOT within Construction, Field work, or Operations.
Location: Hybrid near Buena Park, CA.
Base Pay Range $90,000 – $100,000 per year (DOE) plus annual bonus.
What You'll Do
Own and deliver multiple projects of varying size and complexity.
Communicate clearly with stakeholders and manage expectations.
Track progress, mitigate risks, and drive data‑based decisions.
Build strong client relationships and advocate for their success.
Collaborate cross‑functionally to optimize resources and processes.
Influence change and contribute to continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
4–6 years of project management experience within a Program Management Office.
Prior project management experience in the telecommunications industry preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; PMP certification a bonus.
Experience with telecom networking circuits/provisioning projects desirable.
