Job Description
Freight handling: Load,
unload, and move cargo containers, pallets, and other freight using equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks. (sit-down forklift)
Receiving and processing:
Receive and document incoming merchandise. Unpack and inspect shipments for damage or discrepancies, reporting any issues to a supervisor.
Inventory management:
Accurately count, sort, and label all stock. Organize inventory and store it in the appropriate locations within the warehouse.
Order fulfillment: Pick,
pack, and prepare orders for delivery or pickup according to company schedules and instructions.
Safety and maintenance:
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse. Conduct routine inspections of equipment and follow all safety policies and regulations.
Documentation: Complete and
update daily logs, inventory records, and other relevant documents, which may involve using handheld scanning devices or computer systems.
Team collaboration:
Communicate effectively and cooperate with coworkers and supervisors to achieve team goals and ensure high standards of quality.
Must haves:
Able to operate the sit-down forklift
Able to do heavy lifting
Proficient with the computer
Energetic, interested in learning and willing to work overtime
Schedule Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
