We are looking for a Experienced Captain with solid sailing and engineering experience to join a 23m Private Swan SY

This yacht has been meticulously upgraded by the current owner - with winters spent in the yard for mechanical and aesthetic upgrades The yacht is owned by a family who enjoy exclusive private use - They hope to cross the Atlantic this year

The Role This is a hands‑on dual role suited to a capable sailor with strong technical knowledge.

Hands‑on with maintenance and fault‑finding

regatta experience

Well suited to those looking for a long‑term position and willing to provide 18 months commitment

Ability to work within the EU - Must hold a Schengen visa if non‑EU passport holder

Mediterranean season from

April to September

Return to

Barcelona

for a short yard period

Atlantic crossing planned late

November , followed by

Caribbean cruising

Contract & Salary Salary:

€6,000 per month +++ Standard MLC leave and benefits
