What You Will Do
Support the transition of products from development to production (air turbine starters, gearboxes, blowers).
Act as the Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead for the “Produce to Deliver” phase, driving actions and setting priorities to meet customer delivery milestones.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—engineering, manufacturing, suppliers—to ensure operational readiness.
Identify supply chain and operations risks and drive risk‑mitigation plans.
Help drive industrial recoveries, including alternate sourcing and rate‑readiness reviews with critical suppliers.
Ensure all quality‑related items are complete and documented to meet established standards.
Create and manage the Industrial Plan for development programs, tracking schedules and vendor progress for on‑time delivery.
Provide regular updates to management.
What You Will Bring
BA or BS technical degree with 2–3 years’ experience preferred.
AS or comparable 2‑year degree with 5–8 years’ experience in new product introduction.
SAP experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience managing complex, multi‑disciplinary projects from start to finish.
Excellent communication skills for planning, scheduling, and cross‑functional coordination.
Pay Range $78,000 – $83,000 a year. Compensation decisions are based on experience, skills, education, and other job‑related factors, following our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.
Work Requirements
This is an on‑site position located in Rockford, IL. You must be able to commute with your own transportation and meet required working hours.
Shop floor environment may include extensive walking and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Travel Requirements No travel is required.
Citizenship Requirement U.S. citizenship is required.
