Data Entry Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various systems. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to manage large volumes of information with accuracy and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities: Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and systems. Review and verify source documents for accuracy and completeness. Identify and correct data entry errors and report inconsistencies. Maintain data integrity and confidentiality at all times. Prepare and sort documents for data entry. Generate standard reports as requested by supervisors or other departments. Work closely with team members to ensure timely data entry and processing. Assist in developing and maintaining efficient data management systems and processes . Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred. Previous experience in data entry or a similar role (1+ years preferred). Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum of 50 WPM preferred). Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with data entry software or ERP systems is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
