Technical Account Manager / Client Success Manager (IT Services) Hybrid / Remote | Durham, NH (NH, ME, MA only) A fast-growing IT services provider is hiring a Technical Account Manager / Client Success Manager to support rapid national expansion. This is a newly created, high-impact role reporting directly to the CEO, focused on onboarding, client success, and cross-functional coordination. The company is scaling quickly and onboarding 70–90 new client locations nationwide. This role is critical to ensuring successful implementations and long-term customer satisfaction.
