IT Project Engineer / Systems Engineer (Cloud & Infrastructure) Remote / Hybrid | Regional Travel (MA / RI / NH) $90,000–$120,000 Base Salary A growing IT services provider is hiring an IT Project Engineer / Systems Engineer to deliver end-to-end IT infrastructure and cloud projects for SMB clients across Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire. This is a newly created role due to growth and is ideal for an engineer who enjoys owning client-facing projects from start to finish, working remotely with autonomy, and getting hands-on with modern Microsoft and cloud technologies. Why This Role Newly created position due to rapid growth Strong project focus (not ticket-driven) Remote-first with regional client travel Well-established company with decades in business Competitive salary with upside tied to certifications and growth What You’ll Do Deliver customer-facing IT projects from inception to completion Lead infrastructure, cloud, and migration initiatives end to end Perform Azure / Entra ID (Azure AD) migrations Execute Microsoft 365 (O365) rollouts and on-prem to cloud migrations Implement Intune deployments and endpoint management solutions Work with Windows Server, virtualization, and cloud environments Partner directly with clients to ensure successful delivery and satisfaction Occasionally assist as a Tier 3 escalation point when needed What We’re Looking For Experience delivering IT infrastructure or cloud projects Strong hands-on knowledge of: Microsoft 365 / O365 Azure / Entra Active Directory Windows Server VMware and/or Hyper-V Experience with migration and rollout projects Ability to manage projects independently with minimal supervision Strong communication and client-facing skills Willingness to travel regionally across MA, RI, and NH Nice to Have (Not Required) Experience working in an MSP or IT services environment Networking experience Microsoft certifications (Azure, M365, etc.) PMP or project-based certifications Work Environment Remote / home office Regular onsite client visits for project delivery No daily office requirement Employment Details Full-time, W2 position Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship) No C2C, contract, or third-party candidates Apply now or email your resume directly to Mike@ColemanStaffingSolutions.com All qualified candidates will be contacted.
