Nizuc NYC is a vibrant and soulful restaurant in the heart of Hudson Yards, inspired by the rich flavors, warm hospitality, and vibrant culture of Mexico. Since opening, we have become known for our elevated cocktails, dynamic ambiance, and bold, authentic cuisine that blends tradition with innovation.
Our name comes from the beautiful region of Nizuc in the Yucatán Peninsula, a place where nature, flavor, and rhythm come together. We bring that same energy and creativity to New York City, creating unforgettable experiences for our guests every day.
Now, as we continue to grow and evolve, including the launch of an exciting new sister project focused on Greek and Mediterranean cuisine we’re expanding our team.

Line Cooks (Mexican Cuisine)
We are looking for skilled line cooks with a strong understanding of authentic and modern Mexican cuisine. Passion for flavor and consistency is key.
Line Cooks (Greek/Mediterranean Cuisine)
For our upcoming sister restaurant, we are seeking experienced cooks with a deep knowledge of Greek and Mediterranean dishes, from classic mezze to fresh seafood and grilled meats.
