As our practice continues to grow, we are looking for a full‑time Client Care Coordinator (Receptionist) to join our front desk team. About the Role As a Client Care Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our clients — welcoming them to the clinic, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and ensuring every visit is a positive experience. Our Ideal Candidate Strong communication and multitasking skills Positive, outgoing attitude and professional demeanor Thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment Passionate about providing compassionate service to both clients and pets Veterinary experience is preferred, but we consider applicants with prior customer service or administrative experience in high‑paced, people‑focused environments. Experience with AVImark practice management software is a plus.
