Job Description Parker Hannifin is seeking an Assembler/Tester A for the Military Flight Controls Division. The successful candidate will accurately and efficiently assemble and test moderately complex products, achieving customer quality and on-time delivery schedules. Position Summary Parker Hannifin is a Fortune 250 global leader in motion and control technologies. The Military Flight Controls Division provides primary and secondary flight control systems, making flight possible. Essential Functions Perform moderately complex assembly and test functions, utilizing mechanical skills, hand and power tools, and test equipment. Record test results, identify malfunctions, and rework as instructed. Interpret blueprints, engineering orders, and test specifications. Produce and inspect assemblies that conform to product specifications. Participate in lean initiatives to increase productivity and reduce costs. Job Requirements 2+ years of industry-related experience in assembly and test in a manufacturing environment. Demonstrate product and process knowledge, selecting appropriate procedures and techniques. Proficient in reading and understanding blueprints, route sheets, and test specifications. Possess strong mechanical reasoning and effective interpersonal communication skills. Competitive Compensation and Benefits Pay Range: $22.50/hour to $34.70/hour.
