Responsibilities
Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
Ensure all client needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations.
Experience in a fast‑paced customer service environment.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Previous sales/marketing experience (desirable).
