Receptionist/Coordinator at VF Corporation Join us as a Receptionist/Coordinator at VF Corporation to support our front desk and administrative operations in Denver, CO. What Will You Do? A day in the life of a Receptionist/Coordinator includes: Make a great first impression by greeting visitors. Direct visitors and contact employees to notify them of visitors; ensure timely assistance. Answer all incoming calls professionally and transfer to respective extensions. Issue visitor badges and ensure proper escorting. Maintain visitor log for security compliance. Assist with contractor tracking. Log incoming deliveries and notify recipients. Assist with special projects as needed. Monitor maintenance and service requests; communicate status and escalation. Coordinate office service and maintenance vendor scheduling. Schedule conference rooms and catering as needed. Handle building access badge requests and liaise with security teams. Support the Workplace Environments team with mail room and meeting room setup. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. What Do You Need to Succeed? Essential qualifications: Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong customer service orientation and desire to help customers. Can‑do approach. Ability to use PCs, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong organization and attention to detail. 3‑5 years of front desk or hospitality/customer service experience. Physical Requirements Lifting or bending up to 25 pounds. Compensation and Benefits Salary: $18.57 – $23.22 per hour. Incentive potential includes annual incentive plan and other awards.
