I'm partnering with a leading client in the construction services industry that is looking to bring on a sharp, people-focused
HR Coordinator
to support their growing team in Irvine. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience who's ready to step into HR-or continue growing within it-while working in a high-impact, fast-paced environment.
About the Role
In this role, you'll support day-to-day HR operations, onboarding, and employee support for a large field workforce. You'll work onsite and closely with the HR Manager and Senior HR Coordinator to keep processes moving smoothly and ensure new hires have a great experience from day one.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys interacting with employees from various backgrounds, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves when things get busy.
Key Responsibilities
Manage onboarding processes, including scheduling, document collection, and I-9 verification
Support employee data entry and updates in HR systems
Assist with payroll adjustments and employee changes
Communicate with field employees and provide HR support as needed
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal procedures
Collaborate with HR leadership on daily operational tasks
