What You'll Do:
Review client requests and accurately enter information into our system.
Prepare and process legal documents for international service, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Draft invoices, letters, and correspondence, including coordinating with translators when needed.
Maintain detailed and timely documentation for each client and case.
Collaborate with Client Service Representatives to ensure seamless service delivery.
Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team.
What We're Looking For:
Previous office or clerical experience is a plus-but we're happy to train candidates with strong computer skills!
Excellent time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills-both written and verbal-with professional phone etiquette.
Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable engaging with clients over the phone.
Familiarity with Clio Software is helpful but not required.

Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (includes two 15-min breaks and a 1-hour lunch)
Training Schedule:
First 2 weeks, 10:00 AM-2:00 PM
