JANITOR (FULL TIME) Job at Compass Group in Fountain Inn

Job Summary ESFM is hiring a full‑time Janitor for the Bosch site at 8 Southchase Court, Fountain Inn, South Carolina 29644. Location: Bosch – 8 Southchase Court, Fountain Inn, SC 29644. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 4:00 pm to 12:30 am. Fixed Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour. Requirement: Prior janitorial experience is preferred. Responsibilities Collects and disposes of trash following approved procedures and infection control plans. Dusts and mops floors following approved procedures. Moves equipment and furniture for proper cleaning and places furniture back in correct placement. Cleans assigned areas using assigned materials and equipment, sanitizes all surfaces, and follows the eight‑step cleaning procedure. Washes walls, windows, furniture, baseboards and other items to maintain a clean, safe environment for patients, visitors and staff. Seeks out areas requiring cleaning; takes initiative to complete the task. Completes all tasks assigned by supervisor. Performs tasks in accordance with all federal, state and county guidelines. Strips, scrubs, buffs and refines floors; shampoos carpet. Contributes to the team; exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow employees and others. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Prior janitorial experience preferred. Ability to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation.
