Leverage your technical ability and customer service skills to ensure local businesses have properly working coffee equipment so everyone can enjoy iconic brands like Folgers and Café Bustelo.**Location:** Indianapolis, IN (and surrounding areas)**Work Arrangements:** Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm (flexibility required). Remote with daily travel to service equipment in the Central Indianapolis area (approximately a 60mile area radius).**In this Role You Will:*** Lead the equipment service business for corporations in IN area.* Obtain expert knowledge from our training teams to learn the ins and outs of coffee machinery and equipment.* Provide best-in-class customer service to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.* Perform scheduled service on equipment including proactive maintenance, installations, machine removals, asset management, and emergency service requests.* Manage equipment inventories including quarterly warehouse inventory checks and ordering parts as needed.* Document proper procedures including electronic invoices, customer names and contact information, reported quality issues and other related activities.* Drive and maintain a state-of-the-art company vehicle, fully equipped with heated seats, large navigation screen, shelving and so much more to ensure you are comfortable and successful in your career!**The Right Role for You**We are bold, kind, strive to do the right thing, we play to win, and we believe in a strong community that thrives together.
