Required Skills & Abilities: One (1) year of restaurant serving and bartending experience required Flexible availability to work mid or PM shifts, holidays and weekends Current Alcohol Beverage Control certification Current Food Handlers certification Ability to communicate in English, both verbal and written Ability to stand/walk on feet for at least eight (8) hours Able to carry at least 10-15 pounds Job Description Welcome and engage with guests in the restaurant and bar, take food & beverage orders, replenish beverages, quality check food, and serve guests in a prompt, friendly manner. Quality check food and ensure order meets guest’s expectations. Set up tables and perform opening duties. Set up bar, requisition and stock all beer, wine, and spirits. Self‑bus tables, maintain cleanliness of restaurant area and perform required side work and closing duties. Resolve concerns and regarding food and beverage.
