Responsibilities Manage appropriate inventory levels of food and dining products and plan accurately for forecasted sales trends Coordinates and manages all areas of marketing and community activities, including planning and execution Ensure the maximum guest satisfaction while dining in the restaurant Examine each product and service for quality in accordance with the standards set by the company Conduct performance reviews with team members and consistently hold them accountable through performance management Qualifications Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office, strongly desired Must have previous experience in food service managing food inventory levels, operating costs, and budgets Must have 2-3 years prior experience managing a staff or in a relevant supervisory role, preferably in food service This position requires a high school diploma or GED Have superb communication skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
