Responsibilities
Responsible for marketing direction and creative promotions and community events
Retain proper inventory levels of food and dining items and make precise plans for anticipated sales patterns
Ensure the maximum guest satisfaction while dining in the restaurant
Develop a clear plan for the restaurant that takes into account the market, local competitors, sales revenue, and expenses
Verify the quality of all products and services according to the company's criteria
Qualifications
Computer skills and experience with MS Office strongly desired
Must have previous experience in food service managing food inventory levels, operating costs, and budgets
Must have 2-3 years prior experience managing a staff or in a relevant supervisory role, preferably in food service
Possess excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills
This position requires a high school diploma or GED
