About Our Client: Addison Group is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator on behalf of our client, a reputable organization with a fast‑paced talent acquisition team. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting recruiting operations and thrives in a high‑volume environment.

Job Description: The Recruiting Coordinator will assist the Talent Acquisition team by handling recruiting‑related administrative tasks and supporting daily hiring activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the recruiting team with day‑to‑day administrative tasks

Assist with sourcing and identifying potential candidates

Post job openings to online platforms and internal systems

Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) data

Utilize job boards such as Indeed to support hiring efforts

Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth recruiting operations

Qualifications:

1+ year previous experience in recruiting coordination or HR support

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and job boards

Ability to handle a high volume of tasks with a strong sense of urgency

Strong organizational and communication skills

Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment

Additional Details:

Hourly contract position (6–8 weeks with potential to extend)

Hybrid schedule: Remote Mondays & Fridays; In‑office Tuesday–Thursday

Standard business hours
