Delegating patient care tasks effectively, based on the experience and skills of available staff. Supervising and guiding the healthcare team to uphold quality patient care standards. Desired Experience and Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) licensure. Proven experience in Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit nursing. Strong ability to assess patient conditions and respond appropriately. Effective leadership and communication skills to manage team responsibilities. Knowledge of relevant state Nurse Practice Act regulations and hospital policies.
