Use critical thinking and clinical judgment to anticipate patient needs and plan safe, efficient care. Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and training. Delegate nursing tasks according to staff capabilities, providing effective supervision and direction. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
