Provide professional nursing care in a medical-surgical setting within a supportive hospital environment. This contract position is based in Crivitz, WI, offering an opportunity to apply your RN skills with patients requiring basic medical and surgical care. Schedule: Typical patient ratios are 1:4-5 for RNs during day shifts and 1:5-6 during night shifts, based on patient acuity. Technicians support with ratios of 1:7 (days) and 1:9 (nights). Qualifications and Desired Experience: Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 2 years clinical experience. Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, NIH. Competency in telemetry monitoring. Familiarity with EPIC charting system, Alaris infusion pumps, and Pyxis medication dispensing. Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including charge nurses, LPNs, respiratory therapists, and hospitalists. Responsibilities: Monitor and provide care to medical-surgical patients, ensuring adherence to hospital protocols. Utilize telemetry and other monitoring equipment effectively.
