Customer Service / Package Handler

PROMAN Staffing is hiring Customer Service & Package Handling Associates for a busy packaging center in Festus, MO. This role combines customer service and package handling during the peak holiday season. If you are reliable, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team!

Starting Pay: $15/hr. Location: Festus, MO. Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-7pm. Rotating weekends once a month- schedule subject to change based on store needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with Amazon returns: print labels, enter info, repackage items, and provide receipts
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle inquiries professionally
• Move packages between workstations and prepare items for shipment
• Maintain clean, organized work areas

Requirements

• Customer service experience required
• Ability to lift- up to 50 lbs. and stand for most of the shift
• Reliable, respectful, and adaptable
• Calm under pressure and willing to learn
• Available during peak holiday season
