Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and Step-down Unit (SDU). This role involves managing a diverse patient population, ranging from adolescents to geriatric patients, with a variety of medical, surgical, cardiac, and neurosurgical diagnoses. You will develop, coordinate, and deliver high-quality nursing care while maintaining professional standards and supervising other healthcare personnel as needed. Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU and SDU. Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing appropriate interventions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and adjust care plans. Supervise and delegate tasks to CNAs, LPNs, or other assigned healthcare workers. Maintain compliance with hospital policies and nursing standards. Document patient care accurately and timely. Qualifications: Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license. Experience in ICU nursing, with knowledge of medical, surgical, cardiac, and neurosurgical patient care. Ability to supervise healthcare support staff effectively. Strong critical thinking and communication skills. Commitment to maintaining high standards of nursing practice.
