This contract role focuses on delivering high-quality nursing care within the Intermediate Intensive Care Unit, including both the Intensive Care (ICU) and Step-down (SDU) units. Responsibilities include developing, coordinating, and administering care to critically ill patients ranging from adolescent to geriatric age groups. You will manage a diverse caseload featuring medical, surgical, cardiac, and neurosurgical diagnoses, ensuring the maintenance of professional nursing standards. The role also involves supervising nursing assistants (CNA/SNA), licensed practical nurses (LPNs), and other healthcare personnel as needed.
