Key Responsibilities: Perform regular assessments of patients to determine nursing care needs and administer skilled nursing services as prescribed by the authorized physicians plan of care and nursing standards. Deliver direct patient care including medication administration, treatments, responding promptly to call lights and alarms, and assisting with patient transfers. Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and collaborate with healthcare team members to update or revise these plans, using up-to-date information to enhance patient outcomes. Accurately process and carry out physician orders in a complete and timely manner. Ensure follow-up on medication adjustments and clarify orders to maintain high standards of patient safety. Desired Qualifications and Experience: Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) licensure with experience in Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) or similar perioperative nursing. Strong knowledge of operative procedures and ambulatory surgery patient care. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
