office‑based coordination

with

regular onsite field engagement , including oversight of active project sites to ensure quality, safety, and compliance (typically

as a Construction Manager with

Caltrans standards

and

state/federal‑funded project requirements .

roadway, utility, and infrastructure systems .

Exceptional

communication, organizational, and leadership

skills.

commensurate with experience, along with vehicle stipend and other

performance‑based incentives

and a

comprehensive suite of benefits , including health, dental, vision, retirement with match, and professional development support.
