Our client, a leader in financial services industry , is looking to hire a Program Manager.This role will be onsite 3x per week in Mountain View, CA.
*This job is a 6-month W2 contract role with benefits & paid holidays!*
As a Program Manager, you will oversee tracking, reporting, and financial/ data analysis to support improvements and implementations across vendor management and governance programs.Ideal candidates have demonstrated experience applying their analytical background to drive strategic program initiatives within a matrixed organization.
What You'll Be Doing:
Monitor program budgets, analyze cost variances, support budget planning, and develop cost allocation methodologies
Maintain real-time headcount data across key programs , creating headcount forecasting models for project pipeline planning
Design comprehensive dashboards for weekly, monthly, and quarterly headcount metrics and trends, identifying opportunities & inefficiencies
Establish process improvements to refine headcount tracking procedures,
collaborating with teams in HR, Finance, and Operations to streamline data collections and reporting
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in Strategic Program Management, Financial Program Management, and/or Financial Analysis
Advanced analytical proficiency in Excel/ Google Sheets, as well as familiarity with Coupa
Experience with 6-step category sourcing and vendor management , with functional knowledge of third-party sourcing and governance management
Desired Skills & Experience
Bachelor's Degree
Experience with visualization tools
such as Tableau, Looker, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, or similar
Experience with financial modeling and budgeting processes
Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira and/or Monday.com
Prior experience in FinTech, Tech or SaaS industries highly valued!
