The Digital Delivery Manager at VIATechnik leads the execution and continuous improvement of advanced VDC, BIM, and digital delivery workflows on large, multi-stakeholder owners and infrastructure programs. This role partners closely with owner agencies, project leaders, and cross‑functional teams to ensure digital models, data, and collaboration platforms are accurate, coordinated, and aligned with ISO 19650 and client standards. The manager oversees BIM execution planning, model coordination, CDE governance, and the delivery of high-quality digital outputs that support design, construction, and long‑term asset management. In addition to hands‑on technical leadership, this role builds and mentors a high‑performing digital delivery team while driving the adoption of emerging technologies that improve efficiency, reduce risk, and elevate how infrastructure projects are delivered. 8+ years of experience in BIM, VDC, or digital delivery within architecture, engineering, or construction environments 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, overseeing BIM/VDC teams and project delivery Proven experience leading digital delivery on large, complex infrastructure or capital projects, ideally with multiple stakeholders Strong working knowledge of ISO 19650 principles, information management standards, and owner‑driven digital requirements Hands‑on experience developing and managing BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), digital delivery plans, and QA/QC standards Demonstrated expertise with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and model coordination tools such as Navisworks Experience overseeing model coordination, clash detection, and issue resolution across multidisciplinary teams Direct experience establishing, administering, and governing a Common Data Environment (CDE), including permissions, workflows, and document control Ability to plan, forecast, and manage BIM/VDC resources, schedules, and deliverables across multiple projects Proven ability to mentor, coach, and develop BIM/VDC professionals while maintaining high delivery standards Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced, consulting‑style environment Comfort working in a remote, highly collaborative setting with distributed teams and clients Even better if you have

The pay for this position is
$115,000 - $130,000 , and the role is eligible for bonuses. The actual salary offer may be different as we carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, location, and experience Health insurance with the choice of five plan options. We cover 70‑95% of premiums for VIATechies and 65% of the premiums for dependents (depending on the plan chosen) Dental and vision insurance.
