Case Types : Orthopedic, Endoscopy, ENT, Ophthalmology, General, OB/GYN, Podiatry and Urology
Staffing Grid : Anesthesia team consists of 6 CRNAs, with 4 on-site daily
Job Summary We are seeking a confident, service-driven CRNA to join aCRNA-only team at a well-supported facility that offers full scope of practice and clinical autonomy. With a base compensation of $350,000 (1099) and 10 weeks off per year, this is a rare opportunity for those looking to maximize income, maintain work-life balance, and grow professionally in an independent model. Requirements
Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Kansas (Currently, or willing to obtain).
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a CRNA, with proficiency in General, OB/GYN, urology, ENT, endo, ortho and podiatry cases.
Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care.
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.
10 weeks off
Post-call day is off
